Remedies Must Be Earned

No named finding, no remedy. And the question decides which planet counts.

A remedy that fits everyone fits no one

"Wear yellow on Thursdays for Jupiter", posted to thousands of readers, can't be about each of their Jupiters. Some have Jupiter exalted, some debilitated, some with Jupiter ruling their 12th, some their 9th.

A suggestion that would fit any chart tells you nothing about yours. That's the test this whole level turns on.

How the suite's reading app decides

The suite's reading app admits a remedy only on chart evidence, one of two kinds:

1. A dosha that actually fired in this chart. The reading's dosha list names the trigger, such as "Sun is conjunct Rahu".
2. A graha that genuinely needs support: debilitated in the D1, or scoring below 10 of 20 on vimsopaka, a strength score built from the graha's placements across the divisional charts.

Every suggestion carries its justification, the finding that earned it. And if nothing qualifies, the reading has no remedies section at all. An empty list is a correct answer, not a gap to fill.

The question decides which planet counts

A weak graha earns a remedy only inside the question being asked.

The rule, as the app applies it: a weak Sun is no reason to bring Sun remedies into a marriage question. The Sun may need support, but that isn't what this person asked about.

So a remedy's target is the graha the finding is about, within the matter at hand. It isn't the weekday you like, the planet in the news, or the planet an influencer's audience happens to share.

The yellow-Thursday question

Two people start wearing yellow on Thursdays, Jupiter's day and colour, because their careers feel stuck.

Person A: Gemini lagna. Step 1: the career house is the 10th, which is Pisces. Step 2: its lord is Jupiter. Step 3: does Jupiter need support? It sits in Capricorn, its debilitation sign. So there is a chart finding that ties Jupiter to this question.

Person B: Cancer lagna. Step 1: the 10th is Aries. Step 2: its lord is Mars. Step 3: Jupiter sits in Cancer, exalted. Nothing in B's career question points at Jupiter.

The practice is the same and harmless in both cases. For A it responds to something the chart shows; for B it doesn't. Whether A should strengthen Jupiter is a separate question: for Gemini, Jupiter rules two kendras, and the next level is about exactly that. And for both people, no chart finding is a substitute for updating the CV.

Earned still isn't guaranteed

A chart-earned remedy is a relevant response, not a promise. Two habits of the reading app keep that honest:

• Each suggestion is labelled as a traditional practice or a common modern one, not as proven.
• Every gemstone suggestion is flagged as needing chart-specific review before anyone acts on it. The next level explains why.
