The lagna is the querent: The prashna lagna and its lord stand for the person asking: their footing and their capacity to act.
The house of the matter: The house that signifies the question, and its lord, stand for the thing asked about. Questions about other people turn the chart to their house first.
The Moon: mind and flow: The Moon shows the querent's state of mind and how the matter is flowing. Its strength and placement support or undercut everything else.
