Delay, not denial: Saturn and weak significators describe later, slower, more deliberate partnership. No chart shows that marriage will never happen.
Timing windows: Periods of the 7th lord and Venus, with the lagna lord (Raman) or the 8th lord (PVR), open windows. Slow transits over the 7th axis narrow them.
